​3. If a direct debit from your account fails in the process of automatically renewing your subscription,  Photographer of Slovakia reserves the right to terminate your membership without notice. Please note that you still will be able to extend your membership via the homepage.

​4. In the event of technical difficulties from WordPress and/or Websupport which may temporarily restrict access to the Member’s Only section, Photographer of Slovakia will not be held financially liable or obligated to refund.

​5. Any download, saving or redistribution of the content contained within is a violation of copyright. Such behavior may lead to legal consequences and will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
