1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
 By creating an account, subscribing, and accessing the Premium Membership section of this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

2. AGE RESTRICTION & CONTENT WARNING
This website contains sexually explicit material and male nudity. By subscribing, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that you voluntarily choose to view such content. You acknowledge that you are not offended by explicit depictions of the male form.

3. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & FAILED PAYMENTS

  • Recurring Billing: All subscriptions are billed on an automatically recurring monthly basis.

  • Failed Payments: If an automatic renewal payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or expired cards), we reserve the right to suspend your membership access. You may reactivate your access at any time by renewing your membership directly through your account profile.

4. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly from your account profile.

  • End of Term Access: Upon cancellation, your access to the Premium Membership section will not terminate immediately. It will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be billed for any subsequent months unless you actively choose to renew your membership.

5. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the content (which can be viewed immediately upon purchase), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any partial subscription periods, regardless of usage duration.

6. TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER
In the unlikely event of temporary technical difficulties, server downtime, or platform outages (including issues related to WordPress or hosting providers) that may temporarily restrict access to the Premium Membership section, Photographer Slovakia will not be held financially liable or obligated to provide refunds.

7. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 All content on this website is the exclusive intellectual property of Photographer Slovakia.

  • Strictly Prohibited: You may not download, save, screen-record, screenshot, share, redistribute, or re-upload any content from this site under any circumstances.

  • Violation: Any unauthorized saving or redistribution is a strict violation of copyright law. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund and will lead to legal action.

8. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Your account is for your personal, individual use only. Sharing your login credentials (username and password) with others is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor account activity and terminate any account that shows suspicious login patterns (e.g., multiple concurrent IP addresses) without a refund.

9. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Any fraudulent chargebacks, “friendly fraud,” or payment disputes initiated through your bank, PayPal, or credit card provider will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and the user may be banned from future access.

10. GOVERNING LAW & AMENDMENTS
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
