1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, subscribing, and accessing the “Members Only” section of this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

2. AGE RESTRICTION & CONTENT WARNING

 This website contains sexually explicit material and male nudity. By subscribing, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you voluntarily choose to view such content. You acknowledge that you are not offended by explicit depictions of the male form.

3. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & FAILED PAYMENTS

  • Recurring Billing: All subscriptions are billed on an automatically recurring monthly basis. Memberships cannot be manually renewed.

  • Failed Payments: If an automatic renewal payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds), we reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without prior notice. You may reactivate your access at any time by manually extending your membership via the homepage.

4. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Immediate Loss of Access: Please note that due to the nature of our system, your access to the “Members Only” section terminates immediately at the moment of cancellation. We recommend canceling only when you do not intend to access the content anymore.

5. REFUND POLICY 

Due to the digital nature of the content (which can be viewed immediately upon purchase), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any partial subscription periods, regardless of usage duration.

6. TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER

In the unlikely event of temporary technical difficulties, server downtime, or platform outages (including issues related to WordPress or hosting providers) that may restrict access to the “Members Only” section, Photographer of Slovakia will not be held financially liable or obligated to provide refunds.

7. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is the exclusive intellectual property of the artist.
